Recommended for single user who want only the pre-construction solution. This plan includes takeoff, bill of quantities, estimating and bidding along with other solutions provided for management and collaboration including issues and change application, messages, minute of meeting and collaboration center. You can also import latest prices and update pricing for project estimating and internal cost planning.

Expert

Recommended for single user professional who want to be able to manage all aspects of the construction from takeoff to project close. This plan includes takeoff, bill of quantities, estimating, tenders, bidding, bid analysis, contract upload, variance management, valuation and other solutions provided for management and collaboration including issues and change application, messages, minute of meeting and collaboration center. You can also import latest prices and update pricing for project estimating and internal cost planning. This plan is not recommended for contractors.

Builder

This plan is recommended for small contractors needing a single-user access, plan includes the features in an expert plan plus procurement solutions, scheduling, financial management and the option to add compliance management for quality control.

Manager

This plan is recommended for project owners or small sized project management organizations needing a single-user access, plan includes the features in an expert plan plus scheduling, financial management and compliance management.

Enterprise

This is a customizable multi-user license, it is recommended for medium to large organizations, or governments departments where multiple users or teams are required, the pricing is dependent on number of users/teams, what applications and features are included and how much customization is required to convert company specific items into Rapisurv. Rapisurv is an affordable solution and we work to be flexible with customers on pricing based on their location.

One-time

This plan is only offered in select countries where customers have limited access to acceptable payment methods for their subscriptions, it offers the option to customize the features and the number years, they have to paid for upfront, it is not renewable and valid for the number of years selected. A customer can purchase another plan after their plan expires and they will not loose their account or data. There is a small annual maintenance fee associated with the plan.
