Rapisurv is a business system for Engineering Procurement and Construction, it is an industry solution for the end-to-end management of construction processes.
Who can use Rapisurv?
Rapisurv is very good helpful tool for professionals in the built environment including quantity surveyors, estimators, builders, contractors, engineers, project managers, construction managers and project owners. Any person or organization having to deal with project initiation, project management, contract management, commercials, procurement and quality control.
How do I create a Rapisurv account?
You may register at rapisurv.com using the Signup form and buying a plan or submit a request for quote using the "contact" form and we will reach out to you.
Do I need to subscribe to multiple apps in Rapisurv separately?
No. Rapisurv plans groups the apps in a way that you can choose what works best for your requirement and you have the option to add-on depending on the plan chosen.
Must I install Rapisurv?
No. Rapisurv is a cloud-based solution that you can access and work in through any internet browser.
How can I secure my account beyond password?
Rapisurv gives you the option to activate two-factor authentication, you must have access to the registered devise to login after you have activated it.
What if I lose my mobile device?
Rapisurv will generate recovery codes each time you activate 2FA. You must copy and keep the codes in a secure vault that you can access without needing the same devise. Use any of the recovery codes to login if you don't have access to mobile device, and you must reset the 2FA afterward to generate new codes, once used the old codes will be disabled. Rapisurv team cannot help you recover your codes so you must secure them in a place that you can retrieve them.
Can I add more than a user in my account?
Yes. depending on the plan. You cannot have more than one user in a single-person plan, read your plan summary before you buy.
Can Rapisurv be customized to my organization's requirement?
